Burn the Bird

Shake off the feast and power up for the weekend. Burn the Bird is a 90-minute, post-Thanksgiving workout designed to kickstart your metabolism and leave you feeling strong and recharged.

This dynamic session is divided into three zones:

  • Cardio: 30 minutes of fast-paced movement to boost your heart rate and energy.
  • Strength: 30 minutes of power-focused training using weights and bodyweight exercises.
  • Boxing: 30 minutes of high-energy combos to finish strong; jab, cross, and sweat your way through.

All fitness levels are welcome. Come ready to move, sweat, and reset. Let’s make room for the holidays ahead.
